The same two people are working on reception and serving the breakfast. When we came at 7:30 PM, we were trying to find anyone for 15 minutes. Very poor furniture in the room, during the night we had outside light in the room, it was not possible to set room temperature..

Needs an improvement.

Service was ractive, zero proactivity. They didn't make the room , they only do it "if you ask for it" (noninformation at arrival). Aircon was unplugged, wifi didn't work properly. Bathroom clearly needs a renovation, specially the shower, with a dirt curtain. Breakfast was basic and had to ask for juice and coffee as machine didn't work. the only positive aspect is tge excellent location.

It is located in the heart of old city. Easy and convenient to walk to all the attractions of the city. I recommend to try food in “Zolotaya Bukhara” restaurant near the hotel
