hotel, whether small or large, must be profession

Because I travel a lot, I stay in many different hotels, but I have never seen anything like this before. Although they told me there was a room available, when I arrived at the hotel, even though there was no guest in the room and the door was open, they had taken my belongings out. They stuffed my laundry into plastic bags, and they packed all my things into my suitcase. Then they told me that I hadn’t received full confirmation from them. Yet I had received this confirmation in the morning before leaving. But regardless, they could have called me, they could have informed me. I have stayed in countless hotels until today. Never in my life have I experienced my belongings being packed into plastic bags, my personal items handled without my knowledge, and thrown into reception, especially while the room was empty and no one else was staying there. I even discussed this matter with the owner of the hotel. I absolutely and strongly advise you never to stay at such a hotel. This place deserves the lowest possible rating.
