The property has 2 bedrooms, a garden with mountain views, private pool, furnished terrace of 15 m², and barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Inside you will find a cosy fireplace, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, Wi-Fi connection, television and radio.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.



Búger is a charming Mallorcan village located in the heart of the island, surrounded by nature and tranquillity. With cobbled streets, rural atmosphere and panoramic views of the Tramuntana Mountains, it is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the most authentic Mallorca, far from mass tourism.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A fixed charge of 15 Eur/night for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.

A refundable deposit is charged.

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
