Ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation, it offers an authentic experience in a privileged rural setting.
The house, distributed on a single floor, combines rustic charm with modern comforts. It features a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a music system. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There are two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.
Outside, the house offers nice furniture in a covered porch, a barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space. The entire property is fully fenced for added privacy and security. The saltwater pool, measuring 4x9 meters, is set in a landscaped area and is separately fenced with access through a gated entrance from the terrace, making it perfect for families with children.
