The country-style holiday home “Can Julia” is located in the heart of Mallorca, in a rural area between Búger, Sa Pobla and Muro, and provides you with everything you need for quiet relaxing holidays. The 160 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a baby cot and a highchair. The private outdoor area will certainly impress you, as it boasts a spacious garden with an open and covered terrace and 2 dining areas for you to start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the stone barbecue, as well as deck chairs and a covered patio with seating furniture. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at “Can Julia”The host Julian was very accommodating and with a little help from google translate our requests and queries were dealt with efficiently.A lovely setting with a 5 minute walk one way to the local sports bar or a 10 minute walk into the village of Buger where there is the most amazing bakery/patisserie, shop, bar and restaurant.The rural setting also allows for some nice walks.Amazing swimming pool, tennis court and well kept grounds. The kitchen was well equipped and after 7 days someone comes in to change the towels and the sheets.The property doesn’t have kerb side recycling/waste collection so you are responsible for disposing of your own waste but the recycling centre is literally a two minute drive along the road.The oven took a long time to heat up but wasn’t a huge issue as we barbecued most evenings under the lovely pergola. We struggled with the WiFi on our phones and couldn’t connect to our Netflix/disney account on the smart tv as we were told we needed a cable. The positives really did outweigh the negatives, the children loved the finca and slept well and we hope to return again very soon!!Thankyou very much Julian & family

Prachtig huis op een rustige plek.

Pros: Huis had mooi zwembad. Het huis was schoon. De host is super vriendelijk en flexibel. Het huis staat op een rustige plek. Tennisbaan is leuk extraatje. Alles is goed bereikbaar. Cons: Niets.

Urige Finca mit schönem Garten, großen Pool und Tennisplatz

Pros: Wunderschöner Garten, schöner Pool, netter Vermieter (der fast nur Spanisch spricht). Tennisplatz (mit Schlägern und Bällen auf Nachfrage). Schnelle Reaktion wenn es etwas nicht in Ordnung ist: So war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt und wurde am gleichen Tag durch eine neue ersetzt. Cons: Was man wissen sollte aber nicht zur Abwertung geführt hat: Das Haus liegt mit der hinteren Hausmauer direkt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Man hört leicht die vorbeifahrenden Autos, die teilweise sehr schnell unterwegs sind. Das Esszimmer ist sehr dunkel, da es kein direktes Fenster hat. In einen Bad ist die Stehhöhe der Dusche sehr gering. In einem der 3 Schlafzimmer ist das Bett nur 1,90 m lang. Es sind sehr viele Katzen auf dem Grundstück.
