The shower was dirty, with hair and soap left on the floor. The towels provided were stained and appeared unclean. I found hair in the bed, which indicates the room had not been properly prepared. The entire room had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a serious issue during check-in. I was initially told that I was already checked in, only to learn that my room had been mistakenly assigned to another guest with my same last name. My credit card was kept on file despite this mistake, which raises serious concerns about security and professionalism. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect a full explanation of how such errors occurred
