Once i walked in the room it had a stench of feet. Towels weren’t cleaned had stains toilet overflowed twice on us the air conditioner keep turning off when we had it on. When I booked online it didn’t ask me for a deposit after paying 355 for the weekend and he still hounded me for the 100 dollar deposit for something that wasn’t worst it

Hotel and room was extremely dirty and run down. Woman at front counter was rude and took an extreme amount of time to assist all customers. Line for assistance at all times. Would not recommend! Doors were broken, elevator sounded like it was going to break, floors were disgusting and entire facility looked like it was run down.

Couldn’t get into room because key didn’t work. Everyone key didn’t work and it was a Bills game. Imagine a bunch of people in bills gear waiting in the lobby. The room had a weird smell. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

After a 5 hour drive, we checked into our room only to see our bed had a big brown stain. Utterly disgusting! When I notified the front desk and she handed me another blanket like it was nothing… no apology.

Breakfast menu was no good, better off eating dog food. My room room the carpet was wet they gave me towels to put down instead of moving rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom as well.
