The room was on the small side but had a nice city view. It seemed to be clean, but the bathroom sink drained very slowly. There was a kureig in the room but stocked with tea and only one coffee. Parking needs to be better clarified. We parked in the outside lot on Washington St. $25 for the night. This was the first hotel Ive ever stayed at where I had to pay for parking. We did have dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. Portions were filling and prices were compatible with other restaurants in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the city!

everything was good, however we had no hot water or water pressure In the shower the morning of our stay. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk she said there was nothing she could do and offered us a free drink from the concession stand. although that is nice, a Red Bull doesn't' really make up for the fact that we couldn't shower.

Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether.
