Front desk lady was lovely. The rest of the experience was not so much. Very dirty washroom. Clumps of toothpaste in the sink and so much hair all over the tub. Sheets on one bed had hair on them as well. Very gross.

I never got my room. There wasn’t anyone on site to check me in. The lobby floor needed to be vacuumed. And there were people actually living there huddling in a large circle in front of the building chain smoking cigarettes.

Staff were horrible. Many of the customer were waiting due to overbooking. The staff there a lady and man, turned off the light and left without speaking to any of us. They were very nasty to one of the of the customers, and left.
