Disgusting is a compliment for this dive. Mold in bathroom. Rotting peeling tape on the walls. Stained mattresses. No one should stay at this vile place. For $200 a night, it was robbery. Disappointed in Orbitz as well as the actual facility.

For a relatively inexpensive hotel this place had a nice spacious and clean room, the hotel was also quiet, and the bed very comfortable. The evening staff was very nice as well. The only small issues are that the room doesn't have a microwave, the water pressure of the shower wasn't the greatest and the hairdryer in the wall wasn't working. I would still return to this hotel in the future.

Window in room had duct tape covering a large crack. Heat was not on in the room but did heat up quickly. Water temp was warm and not hot.

In the room, the main window was broken and a piece of glass was hanging loose, the window was fractured across three panes of glass, one room light was out, the sofa has a large worn through spot, a leftover food mess was still in the microwave from pervious guests. Someone's mucus blood was on the edge of the bathroom sink. In the main breakfast area, the egg and sausage heat tray had a "it's broken" print out taped to it. No eggs or sausage. The coffee machine was broken (but still provided in a thermos so not so bad). I will not come back to a Comfort Inn.

This was my second stay here this week and was a great stay, both times Amanda and the Man working Saturday Dec 20 amazing, efficient and friendly workers. Unfortunately the hot tub suite was unavailable but the Nirmal King Suite is great too and roughly 50usd less so yes it was a slight disappointment to not get the room I requested but I get things happen sometimes. Breakfast was great and area and amenities in the facility are great such as the pool and fitness centre as well as vending machines, free drinking water downstairs and comfortable lobby. Had some issues regarding checkout in the morning and am hoping this can be resolved as I was planning to return this week and if this issue cannot be resolved in a simple manner I will not feel compelled to come back to the same location. Besides that, very pleasant stay.
