We waited 45 minutes to check in. There was a sign at the desk be right back. When the young lady did arrive she was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because they had no one working . No ice machine working. But the hotel was very peaceful, clean and very comfortable. Despite the wait time and short staff we will stay again

Upon returning to the motel at 9:30 pm on 10/04/25, our key card had been changed and we were unable to access our room. Went to the desk and there was a sign stating that they didn't have anyone working and to call an emergency number. Several messages were left before actually talking to a man that said someone was on their way. Over an hour later we called again. The man srated that someone was coming from Springfield MO to let us on . We waited another hour and called again. This time the man said he would come himself that he was only 15 minutes away. We didn't get into our room until after midnight. This is totally unacceptable 10/

The carpets were dirty part of the bathtub was dirty. Hot tub was out of order and they didn't have an ice machine. Clerk at the desk said they renovated the whole hotel the downstairs rooms looked nicer than upstairs rooms.

Disgusting

This hotel is absolutely terrible. Completely rundown. The safety is dangerous. There is nobody working the front desk because there’s nobody staying at this hotel. They prop the door open in the front so the two guests that we’re staying there can get in at night. This must be a monthly rental it appears that people live there. I am absolutely disgusted. We ended up leaving because of the safety of the property.
