This place is great! Anyone staying here to go to a game at to the new stadium will be thrilled with the location (took us 12 minutes to walk with a kid), and the fact that despite being so close, it is set back from the street and really quiet and private even during game day traffic. Easy run to the new trail too. We didn’t actually book this house because of the stadium, though. It was just a bonus that my family had tickets. We booked it because of all the space and the great location (easy drive to the fairgrounds, downtown, the waterfront, local Wegmans and Target, Hamburg and Orchard Park villages). There is so much space for a group to spread out! The kids loved the basement and the games in the barn. The adults loved having space separate from the kids. Everyone slept well!I used to be a super host and that made me very picky about where I stay. This place hit all the marks. It was impeccably clean, super easy, even better than the listing pics, and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again while visiting family locally.

This was a great house. There was great privacy, very clean, had great internet. We were a small party so we did not take advantage of the various outdoor activities that this house offers.
