This really nice and clean house. Maximum 6 people can stay together. It’s 2nd floor only. There is no party. Or no gathering at all. Please be gentle when you staying in my house. I love my all guest. No smoking in house.

The rooms were ok looking but there were roaches dead roaches in the fridge and in the bedrooms there was a old mango in the arm rest off the couch already used soaps in the shower the tissue in the bathroom was already used before we arrived there were chips under the table dinning room table chair was broken with a bunch of zip ties attached and all counters were dirty the sponges in the kitchen were used bathtub had hair in it

The property served its purpose to visit the falls. It was dirty, bedroom 2 smelt like marijuana, the air conditioning in bedroom 2 also did not work. The pictures to advertise are very deceptive, it was a huge shock when we arrived! There were ants and mosquitoes in just about every room. Would absolutely not stay here again especially with children. The location was in a run down part of Buffalo with boarded up homes surrounding it and trash/fly tipping dumped in the streets. Owner let himself into the property with no prior warning to ‘repair’ the air conditioning - this made us uncomfortable leaving any personal items. We did not use the kitchen so can’t comment. The bathroom was dirty and unkept, not enough towels - 2 for a family of 5. The shower was little more than a trickle The bedding and mattresses were disgustingly yellow/dirty. If I could have requested a refund and stayed else where I would have!

Bugs! And the bugs bite! Host can care less. He was rude. I can’t be the only one to go through this! No scenes in windows, so flies came to say hello. We didn’t stay the whole time we arrived at 6and left at two in the morning. I don’t stay out often, this experience scared me back in my shell. zoom in on pictures

5 of us stayed overnight and there was plenty of room in the apartment. There is only one parking space and not much available on the street. Host was prompt with communication.

The home owner saves up used soap bars ftom previous people.unhygienec.the liquids in thenathrooms not labeled.kitchen sponge was dirty and no dishwashing detergent.No plates nor better silverwares and cookwares for their clients Otherwise it was ok.
