Comfortably sleeping up to four guests, you have a well equipped kitchen, private fenced courtyard and outdoor entertaining table and BBQ to enjoy the summer days and nights. Internal laundry facilities and only a short drive to local shops and eateries including Budgewoi Hotel & Lago Cucina.

Retro Lake Vista is upstairs with fabulous high ceilings, open plan living, two balconies and two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facility. The perfect way to stay connected while having your private spaces.

All of our homes have digital keyless entry, air quality, fire safety CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind. * NOISE. Lake Vista 2.0 is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay. *DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations. *BREAKAGES.
