Gostamos muito do hotel, fica perto do Obelisco é bem perto de ônibus e metrô. A equipe é muuuito simpática e atenciosa, principalmente o recepcionista Hector que estava sempre disposto a ajudar. Medialunas no café fresquinhas e deliciosas. Não tem frutas no café da manhã, porém, se comer tudo que há, demora a sentir fome rsrs. O hotel está bem conservado e nosso quarto estava limpo e aconchegante. Gostei muito. Melhor custo benefício.

Apesar da localização excelente, o hotel é muito antigo e carece de muitas melhorias. A experiência foi extremamente negativa: o quarto estava visivelmente sujo, com cabelos de hóspedes anteriores em diversos locais, roupas de cama com mau cheiro, manchas e aparência de falta de lavagem. O banheiro também apresentava sinais de limpeza inadequada. As condições de higiene eram incompatíveis com o padrão esperado para um hotel, tornando a hospedagem desconfortável e desagradável. O café da manhã, apesar de razoavelmente gostoso, é repetitivo e não dispõe de frutas ou outras opções mais saudáveis. Possui dois elevadores e, em 2 dos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados, um deles ficou fora de serviço e chegamos a esperar mais de 10 minutos para descer para o hall de entrada. Os funcionários, apesar de todos os problemas, eram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Uma pena um hotel em uma localização tão privilegiada, apresentar todos esses problemas.

Boa localização, próximo à avenida 9 de julho, ao Obelisco, ao Teatro Colón. Região aparentemente segura, próxima à restaurantes, mercados e farmácias. O prédio é antigo, mas possui uma boa estrutura. O quarto é pequeno, porém confortável. Não possui frigobar, as janelas isolam bem o som da rua. Tive que limpar o filtro do ar condicionado, pois estava bem sujo. O banheiro é antigo e a área de banho é ruim, com banheira e cortina. Serviço de quarto satisfatório. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e conseguiram um espetáculo no Tango Porteño bem mais barato do que comprar pelo site. O café da manhã não tem frutas, com pouca variedade.

Custo benefício.

Os pontos positivos são, em primeiro lugar o atendimento dos funcionários, desde a recepção, do café da manhã e limpeza, a localização do Hotel é excelente. Fechamos o show de Tango por uma preço excelente e nos auxiliaram com dúvidas sobre os passeios. Os pontos a melhorar é a manutenção da propriedade, as tomadas do quarto estão frouxas os adaptadores de tomadas não paravam, o sinal do Wi FI do quarto tem pouca estabilidade e falta melhorar o banheiro.

Ótimo hotel no centro de Buenos Aires.

Hotel simples, porém com tudo que precisávamos para a estadia em Buenos Aires. Chuveiro bem quente, cama confortável, tudo bem limpo e arrumado. Perto do centro comercial e do Puerto Madero. Perto do aeroporto de aeroparque. Funcionários gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Com destaque para a reserva no show de tango, que pelo hotel saiu bem mais barato.
