Room was clean and neat although it was a bit smaller than shown in the pictures as well as construction right in front of the building so it can be a little noisy but other than that it was a great stay!! Staff were friendly and kind. The area is also great, around the corner is Florida street with a ton of stores and places to get food.

Only had coffee in the lobby about 3 days out of my 2 week stay. That was disappointing, but the staff more than made up for the hotel’s inability to provide a working coffee machine. Jean Luc (Luke?) was absolutely outstanding and catered to my every need, though he didn’t need to. The other gentlemen at the front desk were very professional, polite, and friendly, as well as the cleaning staff. Overall I give the hotel 4.5 stars and I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an economical place to stay, located in a quiet place of Buenos Aires, and close enough to several points of interest.

It's a nice modern hotel and the hotelroom too. I stayed one night. The staff was very helpful and service-minded. The room I had was 16 square meters, so it's not plenty of space, but space enough. Free coffee and water in the reception area. Restaurants and was located on the same street. Close to Retiro train and busterminal. I had a good stay there.

Clean room, nice staff. Needs a shelf near the bed with more room and an outlet to charge s phone that doesn't shut off the light when you plug it in. Coffee only in the lobby but not on the room. Also the lobby was out of cups that morning and I had to wait over an hour for cups.
