We loved our stay at The Glu Hotel. The staff were amazing, especially Vanessa and Tomas. Nothing was a trouble for them. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location was also perfect. Close enough to walk to local restaurant,etc and an easy Uber ride to the centre of the city. We would stay here again!

I loved this place so much that we came back for another visit, and once again, the entire team completely blew us away. It is rare to find a hotel where the hospitality is consistently flawless, but this staff manages to make you feel like an absolute VIP from the moment you step through the door. To the entire staff: thank you so much for your hard work, your genuine warmth, and for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and comfortable yet again. Very polite and helpful staff, great made-to-order breakfast, clean and spacious rooms with balconies and nice view on 3rd floor. Small boutique and perfectly located in Palermo Soho area. Close to many restaurants, bars and walking distance to gardens and parks. They also offer luggage storage and a nice shower bathroom facility for those with late check out.

The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. The place was extremely clean and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful with restaurant or drink recommendations.
