Lovely apart/hotel in a convenient location

We were a multi-generational group (23-80) of four and booked two suites, taking up the entire floor (front and back units). The apart/hotel concept is a good way to go to accommodate the eating and resting habits of all traveler's...e.g., for coffee in the morning, appetizers in the evening before heading out to dinner at 9 pm, tea at night, etc). The SF Suites is perfectly located in Recoleta but only a block from 9 de Julio and walking distance to the Microcenter. The suites are very spacious and comfortable -- we could all be in one unit to have a glass of wine and sit and chat. The units have 1.5 baths which makes it very convenient to get ready. Each room has a balcony with the front rooms overlooking Avenida Santa Fe and the back room overlooking a garden area. The double doors ensure that street noises are blocked out. The only drawback to the SF Suites is that this is more of an apartment than a hotel. The rooms are serviced only 1 time per week or one time per stay if less than a week, so the towels/linens aren't refreshed daily. You are also expected to provide your own amenities such as dishwashing soap, soap for the bathrooms, kitchen sponges/towels, etc, as if you had rented an apartment. We didn't understand this concept since the other apart/hotels we stayed in were run as hotels with daily service and full amenities. Overall though, this apartment is so spacious and comfortable, it is well worth booking, as long as you understand the concept.

Walk away!

Reserved a queen bed. Got two singles pushed together but not secured ... so the beds kept sliding away from each other. Big problem with simple solution ... yet they could not care less to resolve. Had room on top floor. Balcony furniture to deteriorated to use. Water damage to walls. Fungal growths. Would never stay here again.

Sinceramente por el precio esperaba una mayor calidad. Cuando llegamos una lamparita tenia un bombillo rato, el control del aire no tenía baterías, la cocina super pequeña e incómoda para acceder a la nevera(si se abría la puerta de la cocina no se podía abrir la nevera) la parte buena es la ubicación, una zona muy linda y con arquitectura para disfrutar caminando. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos. El aseo en 6 días solo fue realizado una sola ves.

Excelente Apart.

Sempre vou a Bs As e prefiro ficar em Apart, e mais tranquilo e tem mais privacidade. Adorei esse Apart, as fotos condizem com o real, localizao perfeita,a cama e maravilhosa! Wifi no primeiro momento nao funcionou, mas logo acionei a recepção e o problema foi resolvido de imediato.Os funcionários são ótimos em especial a Mônica, sempre muito gentil.Ao lado tem excelentes cafés, e restaurantes. A noite se optar nao ir a Palermo, nas proximidades tem ótimos Pubs também. Sou muito exigente, e esse Apart superou minhas expectativas. Recomendo.

Nos hicieron un upgrade por no tener STUDIO disponible, muy comodo, excelentemente bien equipados, muy recomendable. Es un poco complicado el tema estacinamiento por la zona en la que está pero como todo se resuelve pagando hay 3 garages cerca. WIFI de excelente calidad gratis en cada depto. Pasamos unos dias excelentes, volveria!

Pésima estadía

Pésima higiene del lugar. Nunca pasan a limpiar las habitaciones. Las sábanas manchadas con pelos, nunca las cambiaron. Desagues tapados tanto en cocina como en baño. La cocina es eléctrica, por lo que para calentar agua, se requiere de 20 minutos minimo. No vuelvo más. Los conserjes no tienen idea de costumbres y horarios argentinos, dado que son extranjeros ( centroamérica)
