The building has 24/7 security staff at the entrance — you'll check in by presenting your ID, as required by the building. After your booking is confirmed, our Guest Services team will send a welcome form to collect the names and ID numbers of all guests. Your door code is generated once that form is completed. You arrive, introduce yourself to security, and you're in — no waiting, no complications.
