The service was incredible. We arrived at 3:30 AM and a staff member was there to greet us. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plus, free breakfast voucher at a restaurant downstairs. Finally, communication with the staff was quick and helpful. I fully recommend this apartment for all.

First off let me say that communication was the best! Ignacio is an example of customer service and care. He went the extra mile for my entire family. We had one night where one of my sons required a pharmacy and Ignacio was quick to respond and recommend the right one for my son and the medical issue was resolved. The apartment was beautiful and each door attendant was just a joy to see every time we went in and out. They were friendly and attentive the entire time. We will stay at this property each time we are in Buenos Aires. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. And finally, what can I say about Puerto Madero... it's the absolute best place to stay in all of B.A.

Property not as pictured. It’s in a great location but it is old and run down. There were holes in the wall. It did not look like the pictures. There was a washing machine but no dryer which may be cultural but challenging for Americans.

I loved the area and being able to run the neighborhood and check out the ecological reserve. It was so peaceful and exactly what i needed for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood was very safe. Thank you to my helpful host. Very friendly staff.

Great location, excellent pool and facilities in the apartment itself. Cleaned 3 x during our 2 week stay. The staff were great in terms of communicating with us but there are a few different people and we found that one person would agree one thing with us and another would tell us something else - it did not feel that they were effectively communicating with one another which in turn created confusion for us. We booked the airport transfer service for the return trip which we were disappointed with. The company used by the property is not an airport transfer company. It seems more like a set of contacts with their own cars. We had the following issues: 1. Prior to our trip we asked the property 3 times to confirm there would be a child car seat in the transfer car. They confirmed 3 times that there would be. When we arrived at the airport, the car was ten minutes late (vs welcoming us at arrivals as is customary for transfer cars). There was no car seat and the driver was not aware of our request. Luckily we had brought our own, however when we got in the car there were no adult seatbelts so we could not secure the car seat. We felt really unsafe for the entire trip. We raised this with the property to ensure we did not have a repeat of the same on the return trip. There was a car seat in the return car but again no seatbelt to safely secure it to the seat. We were really unhappy with the transfer and do not recommend it. Get an uber and hire a car seat if you've kids.

From the moment we arrived everyone was very helpful. The apartment was fantastic, a nice balcony overlooking two swimming pools in the inner courtyard. The accommodations were lovely. The doormen were friendly and helpful. The location is the best…so many things to do and see, and excellent restaurants nearby. I can’t wait to go back again!
