Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance.

This was a nice self-catering apartment. The cleanliness could do with improvement. A long brown hair stayed on the floor in the bathroom every day of the stay even though it was supposedly "cleaned" every day. The toilet would not flush after day 2, and they tried to fix it but it took the whole 5 days before it was done. The young lady host was very helpful and I would give her alone 5*. She needed reminding a once or twice for things like clean towels but she always delivered on the day with apologies. Breakfast area was a 5 minute walk away with limited choices - scrambled egg only. No extra toast, poor tea choices but very good coffee. It's Ok for a couple of nights but not much longer.

The service by the manager was far and above expectations. I'll mention a couple of things, but the manager (Lucia) was incredibly responsive and helpful. If you hope to cook in the kitchen, keep it simple. We only used it for morning coffee and the microwave. The space is cramped and lightly stocked. I suspect Lucia could get you additional cookware if needed. Breakfast is continental, but very nice. The view from the roof is amazing. We hung out there for an hour. Pool was too cold at this season for swimming, and could use some repair, and maybe some water. We would stay there again, understanding the setup. They really understand and meet the needs of travelers - storing bags, identifying restaurants, explaining transportation.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here in Palermo. We could get anywhere we needed to in Buenos Aires conveniently. Our apartment was comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was delicious and always a joy. We met wonderful people and saw the city and the culture of a Porteno. When you come to see Buenos Aires, and you should before you leave this planet, this is a great place to call a home base so you can soak in the true culture of one of the world's greatest jewels!

Such an amazing stay. The title of the listing is quite fair. The apartments are new and modern. They are also very well-equipped and clean. The human touch of Micaela was amazing. She was always taking care that we had al we needed. The location is very good, close to the most famous restaurants in Buenos Aires, such as Don Julio and Sarkis. I definitely recommend it.

Det kändes inte så ”new and modern”. Var ganska slitet generellt i lägenheten på olika sätt. Sängen skulle behöva ny madrass och var inte så skön. Golvet var trasigt. Det var ett större märke på ett av badrumsdörrarna. Men de var rymligt och hade två badrum. Låg lite utanför kärnan av Palermo, låg i villa crespo. Vi bodde högt upp, på våning 10. Det var bra, fin utsikt och vi hörde inte trafiken lika mycket då. Det var en stor fördel att det fanns en pool. Den var också ren och fin, det kunde dock varit lite mer vatten i poolen. Dörr saknades till poolområdets toalett. Men Lucia, värd för boendet, som vi hade kontakt med var super trevlig och service minded. Hon gav tips på restauranger, såg till att in & utcheckning funkade. Kom till oss första dagen för att prata med oss då vi sa att vi var missnöjda med boendets standard. Det var också smutsiga lakan men vi fick i alla fall nya. Betyget höjs för att Lucia var så trevlig mot oss! Detta meddelande riktas mer mot de som äger lägenheterna här då vi upplevde att vi inte riktigt fick se vi betalade för.
