Poco eficientes

Para empezar, llegamos el día del check in al horario que se nos había asignado y nos dejaron esperando 40 minutos en recepción ya que el departamento no estaba listo aun. Dijeron que nos vendría a buscar la persona encargada del departamento y nunca llegó. El mismo dia solicitamos un adaptador para cargador ya que llegamos del extranjero y no lo trajeron hasta después de 2 dias, lo cual nos dieron un adaptador que no era funcional para ningun enchufe del depto. También solicitamos un secador de pelo que nunca nos dieron. El dia del check out el personal de limpieza llegó antes de lo esperado y tuvimos que armar nuestras valijas a las apuradas, debido a esto nos olvidamos objetos personales nuestros que según la empresa NO estaban en el departamento. Tardaron varios dias en darnos una respuesta y JAMAS se hicieron cargo de nuestras pertenencias. Quisiera que alguien responda ante estos inconvenientes durante nuestra estadía. Agrego tambien que la forma de tratar con nosotros fue sumamente informal en los chats de WhatsApp. El primero anfitrion que tuvimos fue Rodrigo. Luego nos asignaron otra persona pero no nos dijo su nombre.
