Our party of 5 were staying in Buenos Aires for 3 days before we embarked on a cruise.I researched many months ahead and was pleased to find these "Modern Apartments in Palermo' by Buehotels! From the moment I first booked communication was excellent.I received many messages from Ruben, the property manager. He promptly answered every question and provided excellent recommendations for the area. The ease of check-in was the best I have ever encountered! We appreciated the electronic key system. Ruben was always just a text away! I have stayed in many properties around the world , and this by far was the best with service location and communication. We will definitely return whenever we are in Buenos Aires! The apartments were close to shopping restaurants and in a friendly and safe residential neighborhood. It was refreshing to not be in the middle of the noise and confusion of the tourist section! This is a very walkable city and are location was perfect.

BueRentals manages a number of buildings and properties. Not all pictures accurately reflect the unit you will get. Read the confirmation email in detail. I thought I booked a one bedroom and we ended up in a studio for two weeks. We made it work and Ruben, our host was amazing! He was available and responded quickly to ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend the unit on Col. Diaz near Alta Palermo mall.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was a 2 bed and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. It was cleaned a few times and could have been more if we asked. The apartments are also really safe and only accessible by face recognition which is really good. Breakfast was in Isabella’s next door which was delicious! Ruben was a fantastic host, attentive, accessible and so friendly. 100% recommend these apartments for a stay in BA. we will be back!

Excellent 2 bedroom unit in quiet neighborhood. Property mgr, Ruben, was easy to reach for a few important questions when we first got there. Liked getting the unit cleaned professionally at no cost to us, midway through our 5 night stay It would help to have detailed instructions as to: Open and lock front door. It was a little tricky Open and lock the safe. We were afraid to use it because if you mess up, you can't reset it for 24 hours Use the washer and dryer in the garage area if you can't read Spanish Overall, a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend

Seamless check-in, Julia met us at the door and showed us how everything worked. Keyless entry to both the building and the apartment. Great neighborhood, perfectly safe to walk around at night, lots of great restaurants nearby. Near to parks and museums. Several grocery stores nearby. Excellent safe secure currency exchange "Berlin Cambio" around the corner by the mall. Used Uber and Cabify (spread the wealth) to get around inexpensively by US standards. Julia locked up our luggage for us on our last day so we didn't have to lug it around until time to fly out. Having a bathtub was great. We have zero complaints and highly recommend this BlueRentals apartment and the manager, Julia.

Stay between polermo and recoleta

The unit is very clean and matches the photos. Julia was very helpful amd had great communication. We were able to drop our bags a couple hours early which was very helpful. The building is on a busy street, so expect city traffic noises throughout the night. We got use to it after a couple of days. We were on the 10th floor. The swimming pool is not in good shape, dirty, with no lounge chairs. If you are choosing a unit for the pool, i wouldn't choose this one. However, the unit and building are very nice for a few nights stay close to public transport, restaurants and attractions.

Terrific choice in Buenos Aires

Julia greeted us with a welcoming smile and let us check in early. She showed us around the apartment, answered our questions and gave us suggestions and directions for our afternoon. Throughout our 3 days she was available to answer any questions or concerns. What a great stay.
