Ok I was one of the first guests , of course it was clean and new. Be aware there is no staff at night so when I arrived, I could not turn the heat on. It was a very cold night. Little things since it was so new; I could not open any soap or shampoo containers. The breakfast always good and a very nice neighborhood

Hotel lindo y pequeño, mayormente autogestionado por huéspedes, no cuenta con recepción. Ubicado en buena zona, buen ambiente. A menos la habitación que tuve yo fue de tamaño mínimo, pero funcionó bien para estadía de una noche. Lo malo es que no hubo forma de encender el AA split que era l única manera de calefaccionar la habitación, por suerte habían mantas adicionales para sumar a la cama. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno, con variedad de opciones.
