The building faces four streets and was designed in a retro style to enhance its prestige and comfort, as the lofts feature double-height ceilings (7.20 m) with an original floor-to-ceiling window (4.20 m) and two balconies, one on each floor, which makes them bright and offers open views. The materials are natural: exposed brick, solid wood trim, and smoothed concrete floors with individual electric radiant floor heating, as well as split-system air conditioning. The building’s lobby and hallways feature wooden cobblestones from the last century.
It is extremely secure, with a reception area staffed by security personnel 24 hours a day, who are also available to address any questions or requests that may arise.
