The location is perfect and the staff is amazing. It was a wonderful stay at the hotel and we felt at homr. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend it!

Go somewhere else.

The hotel is very small, not even a seating area in the lobby. The elevators can barely fit two people and their luggage. The room photos they show do not reflect reality. The restaurant where you have breakfast is moving to another location. We paid for four nights but my wife became sick, we had to leave after three nights, they would not refund the fourth. Ripoff!

Terrific hotel in a great location. Wonderful breakfast included. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Buenos Aires.

Excellent value

Recommend an executive room as so. much bigger than a standard for not much extra cost. Our room had a sofa, chair and desk as well as lots of storage space and a mini fridge. Walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Good air con. WiFi was good. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Breakfast was fairly simple cold buffet but adequate. Location was OK. Plenty of eateries around. Most sights were at least 30 mins walk but subway is just around the corner and an uber ride even to La Boca is only around 7,500 pesos. For rhe price paid this hotel is a great deal.

Locations and check in great, room was spacious, modern and tidy, same as pictures on website. The main air conditioning duct was exposed and dripped water in the lobby and cafeteria area, which was a bit of an inconvenience. But overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel and would come back.

I stayed there for two weeks, and overall I'd say that this is a great hotel for the price I paid. Pros: it is well located in a safe neighborhood, it is near to a shopping mall, it is near a variety of restaurants (walking distance), and the most touristically places of Buenos Aires are at a short distance of driving. Hotel is clean, the room service is daily. Breakfast is daily. Staff is extremely helpful, they help with transportation from airport to the hotel, they also help with money exchange, all for a small fee. Cons: my room was a little bit noisy during the day, it sounded like noises of construction from the other side, at night it'd stop. Also, the shower door isn't blocking the water from splashing outside of the shower. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, and if i have to go back to Buenos Aires I'd book a room again.

Kind of hidden, area seems ok nothing much going on. Rooms are small but clean. Elevator is manual so if you forget to close the door they will call you out. Reception is slow.
