Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Pool area was nice and clean. We didnt get to use the indoor hot tub area because no one told us this amenity was available, and when we finally found it, the area was apparently already closed for the day. Ordered a pepperoni pizza at the restaurant and only ate a slice before feeling nauseous. The shuttle to/from airport is great.

Staff was friendly enough, but we had other issues. The bellhop showed us how to turn up the air conditioning, but the thermostat never budged from 24C and we had to sleep on top of the covers. (We were told the next morning that we could NOT adjust the AC after all.) The shower was barely tepid, even after letting it run 10 minutes. And to top it all off, though we were told the night before that we could get a shuttle to the other airport (AEP), the shuttle driver said he couldn't take us there. To their credit, the staff did arrange a cab for the hour-long drive.

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was good but a bit expensive (~$30 USD). We used the airport shuttle, and this was fast and convenient.

We stayed for the day after a cruise and waiting on a late night flight. Wonderful hotel to relax, with great amenities and location near airport. Enjoyed the pool and room, and great toiletries for a quick shower. Good food options too!

This is a nice appearing hotel. Like a lot of people, we used it on the night before an early flight. The shuttle was on time and great. However, the room was hot despite attempts to lower the temperature. The pillows were hard and too big. There were left overs in the refrigerator
