Codes were sent only after request the day before check in and info about WiFi was incorrect. Otherwise communication was responsive. Place is still in good condition, some noisy nights but everything it's really ok.

Great location. The property is clean and simple, nothing special. There were a few inconveniences. The communication with the host was difficult. We asked questions that were never answered which left us having to figure things out on our own. The WiFi also did not work, so good thing we had cellular data or else we would have had no internet. Things like this are why we give it a 4 instead of a 5.

We enjoyed our stay at Hestia, and thought it was perfectly located! The only con is that if you need clean towels, you need to pay extra and that was not advertised to us beforehand

We booked the apartment through Expedia. The instructions were to contact the property prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful. We ended up arriving in Buenos Aires with no connection from the property. Eventually, after hours trying to make arrangements for access to the confirmed booking, we were transferred to the relocation team at Expedia. Ultimately, we were set up in an alternative accommodation which ended up being very good. The hours, days and weeks spent trying to get into this Hestia at plaza Serrano created alot of stress and alot of time and effort. We never did see the apartment and the property never returned our messages or answered the phone. Really unpleasant experience all round.

Horrible!

Bien el Barrio, pero pésima la comunicacion, estuve toda mi estadia durmiendo a la luz de la luna y del sol, persiana quebrada desde que llegue y un control remoto prometido que nunca llego, literalmente despertabamos con la luz del dia ya que el cuarto es ventanal de arriba a abajo, jamas se comunicaron para solucionar el problema, ni respondieron a mis mensajes. El balcon tenia un colchon comido por perros como se diria, nada pero nada igual a la foto publicada, era una mugre literal, al igual que el piso, los libros decorativos.... limpieza cero! Comunicacion cero! No vuelvo y jamas indicaria, sobre todo por la falta de respeto al no responder a un huesped que tuvo que dormir x dias y dias sin persiana.... un horror!!!! Queria saber si los dueños duermen en sus casas sin persinas despertando al aura....

Hermoso departamento con una ubicación excepcional para pasear. Le falta luz en lugares importantes como el espejo del antebaño. No se veia nada. Y limpieza en almohadones. Y nunca anduvo el wi fi.

Tudo muito bom, somente o blackout da janela era menor e com isso entrava muita luz pela manha, detalhe fácil de resolver. Em geral muito bom e bem localizado. Atendimento e orientações muito boas pelos responsáveis. Arrumando esse blackout seria tudo nota 1000.
