Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. None of the staff spoke English, which made even basic communication difficult. Service was very minimal. The room itself was only average and poorly maintained, but very large. Light fixtures were dirty, and several bathroom and shower fixtures were broken and constantly falling off. The most significant issue was the air conditioning: while it technically worked, it operated at roughly 50% of the power it should have. Even after maintenance was sent to “repair” it, the cooling never improved. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again.

The hotel looks fabulous. The service is terrible. The front desk staff are in a bad mood and completely unhelpful. The elevators don't work. I was there during peak holiday season and the service was exhausting, from breakfast to lunch to dinner. It's not as described; the pool isn't heated. People come and go without any respect for others. Honestly, I left stressed out, even after paying for a late check-out. I was not happy.

This hotel was the worst I ever stayed at. First the room had an odor in f moldy mop. I was told to open the window and oar the room. The floor in the executive suite was so dirty, my white socks turned black. The housekeeper never gave me clean towels, unless I asked. The front desk people were so not inviting or helpful. The breakfast was 90% pastries, which is horrible. The pool was so dirty it was green. It wasn’t until 4 dats later the pool was clear, exposing so many missing tiles at the bottom of the pool. I would never recommend this hotel. Stay away

Acabo de regresar de Buenos Aires y tengo mucho que decir sobre este hotel. Leí las reseñas antes de reservar y debo decir que probablemente estén escritas por personas de ese país que están acostumbradas a esto. ¡No le recomiendo a ningún estadounidense que se aloje allí! La zona no es buena, ¡el hotel se quedó sin agua durante un día! ¡Y después no había agua caliente! El personal es grosero y dice que no hay gerente. El personal de limpieza quiere revisar la habitación antes de darte una toalla que se supone que deberían haberte dado desde el principio. Los inodoros se atascan constantemente, ¡y el restaurante cobró un recargo de 50.000 pesos por los cubiertos si cenabas allí en Nochebuena! ¡Nunca había oído semejante disparate! Ah, y no se permite comida de fuera. ¡Tienen una lista de reglas cuando te registras en este hotel asqueroso!

Just got back fr Buenos Aires and lots to say about this hotel. I read the reviews before booking and would have to say it’s probably fr people in that country that’s used to this! I will not advise Americans to stay there! The area is not good, the hotel lost water for a day! No hot water after that! The staff is rude and says there is no manager! Housekeeping wants to check the room before giving you a towel they were supposed to give you to begin with! The toilets clog constantly, the restaurant had a 50,000 pesos surcharge for cutlery if you fined there on Christmas Eve! Never heard such nonsense before! Oh and no outside food. They have a list of rules when you check into this disgusting hotel in the slums

Good value, great views, room was clean, bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was cold and the included breakfast was pretty decent. I wish the pool opened a little earlier than 10am so I could do a workout swim to start the day. Overall, we had a nice 3 night stay.

No one speaks English; room never cleaned; water clogs in the wash basin and shower the moment you turn on the tap; towels not properly washed and given only one; room stinks; bed linens don’t look clean; callus receptionists don’t even try to understand English; no one speaks English on the 2nd floor cafe and charges you extra for breakfast (though it says breakfast included) without giving prior indications and also dinner options are very limited but hotel won’t allow any food to be brought into your room from outside restaurants; elevator is broken for days; carpets all around are dated. Only good thing is the reception area to attract customers. It seems, a used to be a good hotel turned into a mess.
