Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was nice with daily cleaning. The free breakfast could use some upgrades - very basic options currently. Overall, this is a very nice hotel to stay at.

I had an employee chase me down like a child to tell me outside food was not allowed. This is not advertised in their hotel description on Expedia. I’m certain it’s to support their on-site restaurant; however, it prompted me to eat anywhere but the hotel restaurant. They advertise a ‘seasonal pool’ beginning in October. The pool sits without water. Across a 5 night stay, the room was serviced twice. No early check-ins. I thought at first I had just came on a busy day, but day after day, I observed a lobby full of people awaiting the hotel’s designated check in time.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. During my stay, my razor was stolen from the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. There are much better options in the area with better service and security.

Was disappointed.First to discover the pool had no water though they tried to tell me it was seasonal it clearly said open from October.No bottled water in the room and a ban on alcohol and food to the room also .Short check out time of 10am and no chance of a late check out .Very limited breakfast not even any eggs.

Was there for business. Power went off for hours for a few days. Room floor was dirty. Towel hangers, toilet paper hanger was broken. Worst of all...you can bring food or alcohol drinks to the room. Meaning you cant even order door dash pr skip the dish and have a quiet night alone. Terrible. Not going back to this hotel for my business trips anymore.

Electricity went off several times on different days. No generator at the hotel :) The safe in my room could not be repaired by Maintenance, despite my repeated claims. They often run off of food at the breakfast bar. It was always collapsed. I tried to talk to the Manager three times, and the Receptionists refused to provide me with a name; they never called me back. The room was not cleaned properly (E.g., Dishes, trash, etc.). JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
