Disappointing As a platinum VIP member of Expedia, I chose this hotel and booked 4 rooms for 3 nights for my family based on the reviews and fact that it offers: VIP access (not sure what that gave me, hotel could not check any of us in early, there was no upgrades, no welcome glass of wine or cocktail, nothing) Rooftop bar (only open Thursday- Saturday we stayed Saturday - Monday) Swimming pool (website said open October 10 through April) it did not open until 11/24 (our last day) Website needs to be updated and include more detail. Also, the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Guests were smoking outside, but it filtered in. My daughter’s key had to be renewed every time we left the hotel… it was a hassle. No one else had that problem. On a positive note, hotel staff at best were professional, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall the experience was disappointing. Not a welcoming experience. I would not stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel located in the heart of the town. The balcony rooms are very beautiful and clean. Highly recommend to get those rooms. The breakfast is ok just does the job nothing special. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed because it’s only open in summer. The sauna and the Jacuzzi was available. Which was always available to use never busy.
