The Space:

Welcome to our modern 70 m2 apartment in Palermo Hollywood! This space is ideal for couples, families or friends looking for a cozy and well-located place in the city.



It has a bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room, which can comfortably accommodate four people. In addition, the apartment has a full bathroom and a separate laundry room.



As for the comforts, there is air conditioning in all rooms, to guarantee a pleasant temperature throughout the year. It also has a grill so you can enjoy a delicious meal at home, as well as a mini pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and we also offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected to the world. In addition, we have security cameras at the entrance to guarantee your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) must be charged as a security deposit (this does not apply to Airbnb guests) in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.



Getting Around:

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT , take a taxi, or rent a car. We can also store your luggage for a few hours (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
