I've stayed at this property three times. I'm very fond of the people the swimming pool which is only open after November to March so beware. The rooms are great the cleanliness is great the staff hospitality is great everybody is friendly. If you are booking this hotel and I see you better book way ahead of time because it sells out everyday. I would most definitely stay here again as I have three times in the last 5 months.

The reception staff were brilliant, the room clean, but the breakfast disappointing. Little variety. Plates, Coffee, medialunas and brown bread ran out every day, the staff smiled but were not on top of this and didn’t seem too worried . Good enough for a 2 star hotel but poor for a four star hotel.

We booked into a king suite. The room and hotel were very clean, comfortable and no smell of smoke. We had an inside room and there was no road noise at all. The front desk was always manned with 1 -2 people who were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a very nice assortment of options. There is easy access to the subways, buses, or taxis. We enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is situated just off the main Ave 9 de Julio, which was a great location for public transport as well as bars and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful. All appeared to be bilingual. The catering was great, with a continental style breakfast. Scrambled eggs were on the menu but omelettes or fried eggs were extra.The room (we had a suite) was very well equipped. The location of the hotel was on a side street, which made is quiet, however there were a number of homeless people sleeping nearby so not all that safe to walk at night if going in the direction of the Plaza de Mayo. On the whole, this hotel was great value for money.

Would definitely recommend

Stayed here for one night after a trip in September 2025. Very clean, lovely reception staff, and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend. My only comment is to ensure you’re booking the correct hotel as there is another hotel with almost the same name around a 20 min walk away which my friend accidentally booked so ensure it’s this one you’re looking for.

I like the location of the hotel with the pool is not heated I like the rooms and I like the benefits that I got I'm being an Expedia Platinum member. When they say they give you a complimentary bottle of champagne / sparkling wine for being plotting remember they actually only give you a quarter of a bottle. It did let me check out late but breakfast at that hotel is a disaster. Every day I think they must have been intentionally giving me burnt omelets and they use the same stale food for 6 days in a row I saw them packet and every day at 10:30 put it in sealed containers and then the next day all of the suites that they serve kind of pastry things cookies / cakes quite stale. The cooking stuff reheated coffee in the microwave and the selection was very poor and monotonous. Another problem is they charge you for cappuccino and their coffee is just plain terrible. Like the location of the hotel and I would have liked the hotel pool headed and heated but it was freezing so you can only go and use the pool in the hotter months. Would stay here again but this hotel does have some deficits in the food department avoid the restaurant at all costs if they burn anomaly imagine what they would do to escape or something more complicated. Message general manager of the hotel you seem like a very nice guy with food is the major deficit of that hotel if the food doesn't matter then it's a very good option.

Close to Subway, Busses, Tortoni & Puerto Madero

The location of this hotel felt like a good central point to any area you might want to tour. Recoletta was just 15 minutes by taxi. We walked home from the Buquebus ferry terminal and went through the Florida Street Pedestrian Mall. Tortoni is just 3 minute walk. Taxi, bus, subway, walking... all was easy, although after dark the area right by the hotel felt sketchy. After dark - take Uber or Cabify! Lobby is a secure entry.
