The room was in good condition, except that the cold water faucet in the bathroom ran continually. There were no drawers or shelves for our clothes. There was a closet with a long pole for hanging clothes, but only 5 hangers, and I was told that no more were available. 5 hangers for two people for a week is not acceptable to me. There was a large room in the basement for us to use, which was very helpful for my boyfriend to work in, but unfortunately it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, to the extent that his clothes smelled of smoke after being there for a few hours. The staff was pleasant although the check in took a very long time.

My room is next to the elevator. The noise of moving elevator was heard even mid night, 1 or 2 o’clock AM, which made me awake frequently. And bed frame was not held on the bottom. There was wheels on the bottom of bed frame, it made me not sleep tight, either.

For the price, it is reasonable. The sheets and pillow are very clean. Internet was better if you find the room close to the router. The external door was always locked and so it felt safe. The area was great with decent restaurants and cheaper than Chinatown and Parlemo.
