Kezebel our receptionist was very kind and sweet. She spoke fluent English which helped us immensely with our first time in Buenos Aires. The location was prime and my wife loved the fact that they have bath tubs. Nice place overall.

The best thing about this place is its location, check in online very easy. Bed very comfortable, room 704 right by the elevator was a bit noisy, windows aren't sound proof so very noisy from traffic outside. Shower needs improving, hotel's nice but needs a few improvements.Front desk staff are very nice. Value for money if you don't mind how noisy it is. And ooh, check out at 10 am is a bit mean.

While the rooms were not like the pictures. I was moved to a better room once I notified front desk of the issues. The front desk was gracious, helpful, simply wonderful. Great that the location had 24 hr desk staff. They also made great tourist and dining recommendations which is always helpful when exploring a new city solo. I found the location to be great but it is unassuming and difficult to spot as there is no sign for the hotel.

The rooms facing the street are very noisy during the night especially during weekends when the disco is open amd when public qorkers clean the street. If you eant a relaxed sleep I would not recommend staying here. Staff was polite, available and location is good
