In room 712 , internet didn’t connect completely, room temperature hot, sun hit the window all day, toilet broke and didn’t flush properly, seat broken, lamp broken. They offered me another room the same day but didn’t follow up with me, but bed didn’t work for us. I didn’t change the hotel because I had 2 more reservations with 4 more friends and mi husband . Their room was ok no problem.

The rooms are worn out. The walls need painting, the AC vents need cleaning, there is no refrigerator in the room and also the beds only has one sheet on top of the bare mattress. The breakfast was sufficient although there was no meat whatsoever offered like sausage or bacon.

The room could be cleaner, looks like the floor was mostly dirty. We didn't complain though. Staff was excellent at the front desk, but I asked for cups, they send me to the bar and the bar didnt give us what we asked. They gave us plastic cups at least. Bedrooms should come with cups to accommodate all guests. Overall I would recommend stay there, location was perfect and quiet to sleep.

The breakfast was disgusting. They had scrambled eggs, but no bacon or sausage. They did have some fruit, fruit juice and coffee. They had lots of pastry items that appeared to have been pulled straight from the refrigerator. They were all cold and stale. The bed and bath floors were discussing with other people hairs. The toilet seat was broken and very difficult to flush. The bed did have clean sheets. The staff was friendly, but appeared to be pre-occupied.
