Check in was easy and professional. Staff was very helpful, courteous, and attentive. Our room had a large bedroom separate from the sitting room. Very modern. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with many selections of fruits, pastries, hot and cold entrees.

You pay for the location. Hotel is a bit tired. Noise from traffic and walks are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Expensive for what it was and you have to pay for the Nespresso coffee in the room! Unbelievable!

When we arrived, the first room we were given was less than acceptable--dated with uncomfortable beds. Furthermore then smell of paint fumes from a few floors below was wafting up and creating a strong odor in the room. One brief discussion with Diego at the front desk and then "magic" happened. Great room, comfortable beds, good view and no paint fumes. Gustavo, the bellman was also an incredible help--responsive and kind. Would gladly stay here again, especially in the updated rooms on the 10th floor

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood close to many attractions. Unfortunately it is on a major thoroughfare which makes for traffic noise. The staff us very friendly, professional, and helpful. They are the best feature of this hotel. We got a suite for seven nights, which had a small sitting room and a second bathroom. This was another big plus! The property is still under renovation and there is construction taking place next door. This made for some noise, but not extreme. The included breakfast was excellent.

Exquisito Hotel! CasaSur está en una de las mejores áreas de Buenos Aires, Recoleta. Vinimos en parejas de matrimonios, de aniversario y de cumpleaños, y ya queremos volver. Este hotel boutique cuenta con un excelente servicio, desde el check in y cada día, todos sus empleados muy respetuosos, amables y atentos, verdaderamente se esmeran en que la pasemos muy bien. Un lindo staff, que desde el front desk, en su comedor, y hasta el servicio en la habitación está lleno de detalles. Inmediatamente se dieron cuenta del cumpleaños y todos celebramos con flores y bizcocho. El hotel esta muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, con wifi y cable TV, baños modernos muy limpios, un sitio tranquilo, bueno para descansar bien toda la noche, con un desayuno completo y delicioso, es seguro y cerca de muchas atracciones con buena comida y buenos vinos. Nos encantó!!!

Great family trip

Visited with wife and two teenagers. First time in Buenos Aires. The two room suites are perfect for families. The breakfast buffet is fabulous and didn't get old. Great location, and friendly staff.
