Two night stay. Good staff, good location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size but perhaps a little stark and not cosy. I was in BA for business and there was not a good working space in the room. Area is good with lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is nice and is on a great location. I was dissapointed with the quality of the bedding, especially the pillows, and had a bad experience where the cleaning crew didn't leave towels for me, and when I asked for it the next day they took almost 40 min to bring me towels. Unacceptable.

Very good, centrally located, attentive staff

This hotel is a great location as a home base to tour BA. Great breakfast, nice restaurant, very attentive doorman and front desk, a pleasant overall experience. Roofdeck nice for sunbathing/ wine with friends. The pool (2nd floor deck) is a little small. I'd definitely stay again and in fact likely will.
