Stayed there twice. The rooms were beautiful and well-kept. Both rooms had a jacuzzi bathtub big enough for two, and one room had a small sauna! Because of the layout you have to be comfortable with your companion as there is no separation between the bath and sleeping areas. Both rooms overlooked the street with glass sliding doors. The staff were excellent and spoke English. Security was good; you had to be buzzed in. Good location. I would stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at CasaCalma. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. In particular, Emily was very supportive and her recommendations were super helpful. The location was great, and all the facilities, including the AC, elevator, and comfortable beds, were top-notch. The breakfast was sufficient and met our needs. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have complimentary water bottles in the room, although water is available for purchase. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

Cosy great place to stay in the city.

The hotel is in a nice area and close to public services. Even if it is a hotel it was very cozy and home-like. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to eat. The room was very clean and full of amenities like a hot tub and sauna.

Calma in Buenos Aires

We really enjoyed our stay at The CasCalma Hotel, three weeks ago. It was centrally located in Buenos Aires. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with a good king-size bed, good amenities in the room, including our own personal jacuzzi,in each of our rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful with good advice. The nature of the two rooms per floor makes you feel secure. This also creates a nice quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We got a good night's sleep because it was so quiet at night. Thank you CasaCalma from Brendan and John, from the UK.👍

So we got there and the door wasn’t working. We had to wait outside of the hotel for around two hours so they got the door to open. We asked to get another room but they were like it’s too late for that and isn’t that and I was like oh my God, we just needed to sleep so we just take it and then in the morning we went out to get breakfast. We came back so we can get our things and the door wasn’t opening again and the fact that we had took a beer on the airport at a certain time that’s why I feel like they took too long trying to open the door and it was like a whole problem so I don’t know

This hotel is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed at!! The double jacuzzi, the shower with 5 heads, the extremely comfortable bed, the amazing staff (especially Isaac who is ridiculously helpful!) and the wellness centre of it all !! We are so glad we get to come back for a couple nights, we have joked about cancelling the rest of our trip to just to stay here forever!

Very good and welcoming staff. Room amenities were excellent value for money. The “free” bottle of wine was nice and although it had been forgotten to be placed in the room. The letter in room confirming the gift of wine was a nice touch and the reception brought it very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors.
