The room was in beautiful condition. We had some difficulty with the air conditioning the first night, but on the second day, the staff was great at helping us make it better. In fact, the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Great little hotel just two blocks from La Recoleta Cemetery. Comfortable rooms with kitchens. Helpful friendly staff. Nice quiet (for Buenos Aires) neighborhood. Short walk to shopping, lots of restaurants, etc.

We were excited for this stay as it had great reviews though unfortunately day 2 we discovered mold in our room and had to switch to another one as it was a hazard. The second room was actually nicer than our first one so we appreciated that they accommodated us but had issues with the shower head. Both times the staff appropriately took action and helped us navigate these concerns. Staff and location are great but I do think they could put more money into the upkeep of the hotel as these issues could have been avoided and made our first experience in the city much more enjoyable.

It’s a lovely hotel with plenty of attractions and food within a walkable distance. Boutique hotel with welcoming staff and wonderful accommodations. If you’re looking for a one night stay or for a week or more, this is a lovely place to stay.

I define a good stay by having slept well, which I did at Casa Bevant. Quiet part of town. The staff members were great and very accommodating. The hotel is near nice restaurants and only a block away from the Recoleta Cemetery. The room was large and clean. I would stay there again.
