The VIP benefits from Expedia used to be good years ago, now none of the hotels on the VIP program do anything as promised, here they even charge for water, that is ridiculous.

The room provided everything we needed and was quite clean except for some mold in the shower, which is probably unavoidable as the property is not new. Kudos to the hotel for using dispensers for soap and shampoo rather than tiny disposable bottles and soaps. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was good and scrambled eggs were available on demand.

Great location just off Florida so nice and central. The hotel itself was really beautiful and the staff were really helpful and the breakfast buffet was really good and clearly freshly made.

Carsson hotel is a lovely antique style building! Rooms are ok sized ! Bed slept well and bedding comfy ! Rooms are not sound proof! Daily breakfast is basic not much options ! Staff members are very helpful and kind ! Hotel is in a good location next to everything! Price you pay is well affordable for what you get ! Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to returning again once more ! Recommend you give it a try won’t disappoint!

I would stay again without a doubt

The hotel is good, it is a well-located hotel, it does not have restaurant but there are options close to the hotel. The room is spacious and quite simple, everything you need to just spend the night, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is a basic option but with very good flavor.
