I had a studio apartment on the top floor with a long balcony overlooking Callao Street. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished though a small coffee table and more comfortable lounge chairs would have improved this. I spent 8 nights here. The one downside is that the laundry room backs on to this unit and can be heard throughout the middle of the night. Take ear plugs. I'm not sure what the towel policy is. Initially they were replaced and bed made, then last few days this didn't occur. There is one staff member rostered at front desk downstairs who are friendly but some have limited English (use translator). The location is superb and despite the couple of negatives it was good value.

The property is so ideally located. You can walk to all of the major tourist sites in Buenos Aires. Barrio Norte is such a beautiful part of the city!

Professional service, love the location as it was near restaurants, stores, and many forms of transportation. The place itself has connections to many tours and the tour buses so I did not have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend the place. Rocio was amazing.

This is a very simple accommodation, no common spaces at all, the reception is on a narrow entrance corridor, the Staff is limited to a single person at that counter. But it is well located and the price is right

The security guys at night were very helpfull, the only surprised was the check out is to early (10am), and they ask to pay $20 extra to extend the stay 2 hours more, but not a good deal. I will recommend to stay in this easy area and affordable place.

Great value apartments in a convenient location

Amazing value for a centrally located apartment; plenty of space, a great balcony and a table, chairs, basic kitchen facilities and serviced everyday. Staff very helpful. Around 10-15 minutes walk to Avenida Corrientes and a subte (metro) station nearby. Would defiantly stay there again

It is a small kind of apartment but not stove nor pot nor pans nor utensils for cooking , in other words kitchenette is poor …. You can only use microwave and it make our staying more expensive. We could not cook and we had to spent in meals outside . Supposedly breakfast was included, but is is only one coffee and two croissants outside premises and in other block far away . They said they can not offer stove because the electricity system does not resist it . They don’t have concierge and the reception in under the stairs for second floor. We did had to pay extra taxes that we were not informed .

The location is exceptional. I was able to walk to every major tourist site and La Boca was a short cab ride away. There are also many good dining options super duper close. The staff was always friendly and eager to help (changing currency at a better rate than any back or ATM, arranging a private car to the airport). I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to BA! Very highly recommended!

Check out time is too early!!!!!!!!

Was there for 3 weeks. Great hotel and staff was great. The only thing I did not like was the very, very, very early checkout time of 10 am, that check out time is ridiculous.

I do not recommend this hotel

The apartment is comfortable, however, there were several issues with my stay. The receptionist Silvana, was sometimes rude and unpolite which made my stay a bit umcofortable. The room had the following issues: tv control remote was not working, there is almost no light at night, radio with a broken antenna, not well equipped (1 fork, 1 spoon and 1 knife). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
