The location and view was excellent, great walkability, tons of shopping, restaurants and bars, two malls very close by, everything you might need in easy walking distance, we even found a sports bar a few blocks away to watch the super bowl, and the staff were very nice. The property itself is in need of refurbishing or upgrade, the shower spout leaked and shower door was missing, there were marks and stains on the walls, mold in the bathroom, furniture was worn and in disrepair. The kitchen had everything we needed though. Balcony had no furniture and was small but had a great view. We understand we are in a different country with different cultures and different expectations so we took that all into consideration. We had a very enjoyable stay. If we come back, we will definitely stay in the Recoleta/Polarmo area, tons of parks, statues and monuments, nice people and a beautiful city in general.
