Pésima atención de la dueña

Se supone que habían cargado todo el costo a mi tarjeta de crédito y antes de llegar me pidieron 28 dólares más, los cuales tuve que pagar antes de poder entrar al edificio, ya que no me daban las claves para accesar, yo quería pagar con tarjeta de crédito y me dijeron que había un sobre cargo, les dije que traía un billete de 100 dólares y que no tenían cambio, me tuvieron más de 40 minutos afuera de la propiedad, entrando en la habitación me encontré una cama con manchas de grasa y la cortina caída de un lado. Tengo fotos y pruebas. Pésima atención y servicio, solo un reconocimiento a Aldo el conserje que nos atendió de manera cordial.
