The apartment is located on the corner of Charcas and Gurruchaga. It’s 2 blocks from Santa Fe Avenue, Plaza Italia, and all public transportation options—including the subway, which goes to the Cathedral and Plaza de Mayo—as well as the Buenos Aires Botanical Garden. Cafés and restaurants abound in the Palermo Soho neighborhood.
The building has a 20-meter-long swimming pool on the second floor that gets plenty of direct sunlight most of the day. The building has a doorman and 24-hour virtual security service. With this service, a camera and a monitor stand next to the elevators in the entrance hall. On the screen, you’ll see the security guard monitoring building access via the camera. If anything unusual happens, they call 911 for help.
