Horrible service, rooms have safety hazards.

Checked in and was told our rooms were given to another group. They assigned new rooms that were uninhabitable. Water damage throughout hallways, walls and electrical outlets. No ammenities, manager would not speak to Expedia because she was "too busy". Photos previously posted do not portray actual hotel. Stains, missing towel hangers handles coming off doors. Unsafe conditions.

Nice place in a good location

The apart/hotel was roomy and nice. Not extravagant. But more homey. It is far enough from the madness downtown but still very convenient where everything is open late. There are mch better, nicer places nearby but this works.

Spacious and convenient

Quality was about that of a holiday inn, but much, much more spacious. Staff was pleasant and location was good (near National Congress). Good value for the money.

Excellent Bargain

I had an apartment with four beds. Very spacious. Two twins and two full beds. The twins were far away from the full beds, so it seemed almost like two rooms. The price was very reasonable. Good location, close to the National Congress, with subway nearby and lots of restaurants and small shops. One down side, is the kitchen is not too usable. We actually did cook a dinner one night, but it was difficult with few accessories. The small refrigerator was useful for storing things, but it really is not a usable kitchen otherwise. But overall very happy for the facility for the price.

Nice location but noisy rooms

The Hotel is nicely located near of Starbucks and convenience store (24H). The rooms are ok, but you can hear everything from the corridor and the room next to you. And if you are in the corridor, you can listen the conversation inside a room. When visiting Buenos Aires, I recommend that you buy a local SIM to get data access.

Good location but rooms look tired

Hotel staff was great and so helpful. The room however was very tired and needs a make over. Hotel has gone to lengths in areea like hotel detail on towels and sheets but the rooms look so ated and drab with not even any pictures. Staff were great and made the staff good.

Ficamos hospedados no final de novembro de 2016, o quarto é bom, com 2 camas de casal confortável. O chuveiro é antigo com banheira ainda. O único desagrado foi o ar condicionado que fazia muito barulho. Localização é bom com ruas movimentas ao redor.

el aseo impecable

El horario del chec-in es muy tarde 15hrs, y se llega de un vuelo largo desde europa, 7 hrs, no dan la opción de entrar a la habitación antes. A la hora del chec-in hacian cambio de turno en recepción, demoraron en atendernos, al hacer la observación el chico que entregaba argumenta con prepotencia, que el reclamo era ambiguo, que el cliente no tiene la razón. Es así ahora?

Não se hospedem aqui

Não é um hotel. Chegamos e tivemos que ir até outro local para fazer a entrada. É um prédio residencial que alugam um apartamento nele. Internet é muito lenta, não se consegue nem falar no Skype ou Imo. Cobram depósito para pegar a chave. Não recomendo, além de ser uma área muito perigosa à noite.

Hotel con pésima limpieza

Las toallas estaban sucias, tenían marcas de lápiz labial y cera de oidos, un asco. Los cubiertos estaban sucios, los guardaron con comida seca pegada. La cama era muy incómoda. No nos ponian papel higienico si no lo reclamabamos. Una persona de limpieza entro al cuarto sin golpear mientras dormiamos. No hubo nada bueno por destacar y no creo que vuelva nunca a este hotel.
