Spread over a single floor, the house stands out for its brightness, its rustic style with modern, functional lines, and its carefully curated rural-inspired décor. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV, and 300 Mb/s fibre internet, ideal for both entertainment and remote work.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a practical single bunk bed, perfect for children or additional guests. The house is completed with a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, an 80-litre electric water heater, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Outside, the private patio with garden furniture, parasol, awning, and sun loungers provides the perfect spot to relax outdoors and enjoy the local climate. The property is family-friendly, offering a cot and high chair upon request.

Located in the heart of the El Palmar valley, the house is surrounded by nature, walking trails, and tradition. Just a few metres away, you can discover a working gofio mill, and nearby you can enjoy local gastronomy at renowned restaurants. There are also supermarkets in the vicinity, and the property is well connected by road to the rest of the island, making both daily shopping and excursions easy. From here, you can explore emblematic spots such as Masca, Monte del Agua with its laurel forests, or simply walk through Teno Rural Park, one of the most authentic and well-preserved landscapes in Tenerife.

The property combines the tranquility of a rural setting with all modern comforts, while being close to an area with an excellent gastronomic offer, with restaurants and bars that create a pleasant and authentic atmosphere while respecting rest hours. The property is equipped with a washing machine, fan, iron, and ironing board, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, and all essential cookware. In the private patio, guests can enjoy an outdoor space with a table, chairs, parasol, umbrella, and sun loungers, ideal for taking advantage of the pleasant local climate.

Check-in is carried out in person, ensuring a smooth arrival and personalised attention for guests. The village offers free public parking outside, without designated spaces. For families travelling with babies, a cot and high chair are available at no extra cost upon request.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
