It is OK. We have been going here at least once a year for the past 6 years, but two things knocked down the stars. 1. The shower in the family changing room of the Infinite Pool side is not working well. It only shoots out lukewarm water and cold water. Overuse may be deteriorating it. 2. The heater in the room (at least in the Cliffside section) was so loud that I kept waking up. The equipment may be getting old. It's a shame because I like the hot springs.

This was my 4th stay at the property and I’ve never had an issue. Hot springs pools are wonderful, clean, beautiful views of the mountains, rooms are clean. One thing I’d say is shower pressure in the room was absolutely terrible but I don’t sweat the small stuff. Otherwise, I’m sure I’ll be returning there and would recommend it to others.

We had originally booked the cliffside suite. The views are beautiful but the room looked bare and dated. (It only had one seat in the room) We requested to be moved to the creekside suites and the room was much better. The spa views are the best part. The spa facilities don’t offer anything special…the lockers and showers are old (two toilets were not flushing), old towels that you have to get one at a time. Overall, the experience is just average. as these facilities don’t go above and beyond to make clients feel special or taken care of.
