We ended up not staying because there was no water in our room. The girl at the front desk could do nothing because it was at night, management was not in. The lodge was not kept up, very old. To hear the Creek Running by The Lodge was very nice

This is a lost gem. Very beautiful the staff is amazing. This is an older Hotel so keep that in mind but the nostalgia and area makes this a wonderful place to stay.

The staff was kind and friendly. Plus pet friendly too. The room was clean and the bathroom looked newer/ redun within the last 5 years and was nice. I was there off season (May) so I was the only one staying there as a guest I believe so some things were off/ down like the ice machine which was kind of annoying but all in all for the price it was a good stay.

GHOST INN FROM 1800! Like entering the twilight zone! Cooks walked out so no restaurant no nothing! No people except squatters! No staff except one 90 year old grouch plus little ole carpet cleaner in hall! We threw keys on desk and left! Massive complaint with Expedia demanding refund!

This is a very rundown old motel that's VERY dated. There was no kitchen service, no food, TVs weren't working, and the pool was freezing. Luckily for me, I only required a one night stay on a motorcycle trip. I won't be going back!

The location and the view from my room was amazing. This place feels like the shining. The bed was decently comfortable, and the sheets looked clean. Other than that. Probably the worst room I’ve stayed in in a long time air conditioner doesn’t work half a roll of toilet paper with no spare no refrigerator although she did bring me one up to put my creamer in. I bought ice and iced it myself because none of the icemaker work

The front desk lady was sweet no one is on site but her and she’s only there 3pm to 11pm then no one . We had no water for 2 days there’s no ac in this hotel you are told to open doors to the public balcony shared by all rooms on 4th floor backside of hotel. Restaurant isn’t open due to no staff to work. No place to throw trash once little trash can is full.

We stayed for 1 night, discovered that hotel instructions don't allow check in after 11 PM and we were scheduled to arrive later than that. Called Expedia and Expedia contacted the property to discover they put a phone or something in the lobby for late arrivals. We paid roughly $170 for the room, it definitely is not worth that much. The sofa bed in the room was dirty and mechanically unusable. They had the room window open and a fan turned on because the room had no AC. Overall it's a run down place, definitely could've found a much better place for $170/night.

It was a terrible experience The booking place I went through tried numerous times to get a hold of the hotel. I had a death in the family the day I was supposed to check in, and I was completely blown off by your hotel, and it’s staff no effort to help me compensate me I will never recommend your hotel to anyone and anytime it comes up on my Facebook. I will give you never negative feedback.
