We loved the boutique hotel atmosphere with balcony overlooking the Arkansas River. The room was very modern, with all the conveniences working perfectly. There is no "front desk," which worked out OK. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Reaching the room did involve walking up 2 flights of steep stairs, which could be a deterrent for some.

Awesome place with a balcony overlooking the Arkansas River in the heart of Salida. Easy to find and prompt communication from the staff. It is a "non staffed" hotel but they were responsive and provided all the details we needed to check in and details on the property. You cant find a better location in Salida, its right on the river and in the middle of downtown. Great restaurants, the town square, shopping, etc all within easy walking distance. Cant wait to get back!
