My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing visit to BV Overlook Lodging and Campground. The tiny houses we rented were clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We spent the evening around the gas fire pit, enjoying each other’s company and the amazing Mountain views. The campground staff (including Pumpkin, the camp cat) were very friendly and welcoming. Although the camp feels remote, it’s just a few short minutes from places to eat, drink and shop. Great property overall and we can’t wait to go back!

Cute tiny house. We didn’t spend much time on property pretty much only slept here. There is a lot of wear on the inside some of the vinyl inside was coming up but doesn’t affect the stay. I wish there was a broom or something available in the cabin as there is a lot of rock around that gets dragged in. The water tastes a little weird so if you’re sensitive to that grab water from the grocery store on your way in for coffee and drinking. Otherwise great stay. Would consider staying here again.

What an adorable tiny home! We loved how quiet it was and all of the cute touches it had! Comfy bed, nice full size fridge, glasses, mugs and plates and a nice hot shower! We loved the fire pit and the heater in the bathroom on those chilly mornings! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay for the night! Very clean and had everything we needed. Belford is a tiny home so climbing the ladder to bed can be difficult. Property was well thought out and peaceful. Late check in was easy.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the tiny homes. We had our own fire pit and chairs, it was nice to have a full kitchen and our own space. The property had lots of people staying and was still very quiet and felt secluded. We will recommend to friends and we will be back!!
