The girl that checked us in was nice but when we for to our room was something else. First of all there was a cockroach on the wall that my daughter got scared off. And there was only 2 almost flat pillow on a a king size bed. Then I didnt get the wifi info so I couldnt connect, I would call the front desk but theres no phone. I tried to watch TV but the remotes battery was almost dead so It was not working properly. They need better towels so I could not take a shower with the towels that they had. I like to keep the lights on but the lighta they have is sensor operated so it turns off on its on. There was a lamp but its not plugged in. The only good thing was that theres microwave and a fridge and chair and a desk to eat on. I dont think I would stay here again even if its cheap.

When we checked in, the room had not been cleaned- e.g., linens had not been replaced, dirty towels, waste baskes hadn't been emptied- it was basically a mess. The manager then cleaned the room while we waited patiently and promised that he'd comp us the room (we'll see if he follows through). If he hadn't, I'd give the place 1 star.

The staff were awesome. Very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are old and dirty. The shower curtain was yellow with mold and the room smelled like cigarettes. I suppose you get what you pay for. I just needed a place to crash, and it served that purpose. If you are looking for luxury and all that , this is not your place. If you want a cheap place to crash, it’s cool and near lots of shops.
